Terms of Service

1. These terms

Bloxlabs ("Bloxlabs", "we", "us") makes AI tools for Roblox creators at bloxlabs.io, including the thumbnail generator, Auto and the Bloxlabs Auto browser extension (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

You must be at least 13 to use the Service. If you're under 18 (or under the age of majority where you live), a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you and is responsible for your use of the Service.

Only an adult may pay. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must make or approve any purchase, and we ask for that confirmation before checkout. If a purchase was made without a parent's or guardian's permission, they can email jonas@bloxlabs.io within 30 days and we'll cancel the plan and refund it.

If we learn that someone under 13 has an account, we'll close it and delete their data.

2. Your account

Keep your login safe and your details accurate. You're responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.

You can sign in with email, Google or Roblox. Connecting Roblox lets Auto read the games and numbers you allow on Roblox's own permission screen; you can disconnect at any time in Auto or in your Roblox settings.

3. Plans, credits and payment

Starter is free. Pro, Studio and Unlimited are monthly subscriptions, billed in advance through Stripe until you cancel. Prices are shown on the Plans page and include or add tax as shown at checkout.

Each plan includes credits for the billing period; making a thumbnail or an edit uses credits. Plan credits reset each period and don't roll over. Credits you buy separately don't expire while your account is open. Unlimited is subject to fair use: it's for one person's own use, up to 100 generations in any 24 hours (Auto's included). If you reach that, generating pauses until older generations pass the 24-hour mark. We may suspend Unlimited for automated, shared or resold use.

You can cancel any time in Billing; your plan stays until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments aren't refundable except where the law requires, or where we decide to refund at our discretion. If a payment fails we may pause paid features until it goes through.

We may change prices or plans. We'll tell you in advance, and a change applies from your next billing period.

4. Auto

Auto makes, judges and suggests thumbnails for the Roblox games you choose, on a schedule and within the limits you set. It uses credits like any other generation.

Nothing goes onto Roblox unless you press a button for it: Auto suggests, you decide. Uploads and A/B tests run through the Bloxlabs Auto extension, in your browser, with your own Roblox login, and are subject to Roblox's rules and moderation. Roblox can reject or remove thumbnails, change its features, or limit access, and we're not responsible for what Roblox does.

Numbers in Auto come from Roblox and may be delayed, incomplete or changed by Roblox. Auto's scores and suggestions are estimates, not promises of results.

5. What you make

As between you and us, you own the thumbnails you create with the Service, and you may use them commercially, including on Roblox. You give us a licence to store, process and show your uploads and creations as needed to run the Service for you.

AI output can be similar to output made for others, and you may not have exclusive rights in it. Check that what you publish suits your needs.

You're responsible for what you upload and publish. Only upload images, characters, logos and other material you have the right to use.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to make or publish content that is illegal, sexual, hateful, harassing or violent in a way Roblox wouldn't allow; that infringes someone else's rights (including trademarks and other creators' games); that misleads players about your game; or that impersonates others.

Don't try to break, overload, reverse engineer or get around the limits of the Service, share accounts to avoid paying, resell it without our permission, or use it to build a competing product. Don't use it in ways that break Roblox's Terms of Use or Community Standards.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

7. The Service

We work to keep the Service running and improving, but it's provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, pause or end features, and some features (such as Auto) may be in testing. AI makes mistakes; review what it makes before you use it.

Bloxlabs isn't made, endorsed or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost players, revenue, data or goodwill, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

9. Ending

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we have to for legal reasons. Sections 3 (amounts owed), 5, 8 and 10 continue after your account ends.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it applies; using the Service after that means you accept it.
